This story has plenty of mystery and I loved trying to figure out the meaning of the clues that Jarvis finds. It is like putting together a puzzle. I have read several books in the Jarvis Mann series and I have loved every one of them. Jarvis is a character that does incredible investigative work and doesn’t give up until the whole truth is revealed. I am always looking for the next book in this series because I know that I will not be disappointed. This is an author who knows how to write a story that you will not soon forget. I believe that this is a story that everyone should read as it gives a voice to those who are considered “Invisible Souls.” – Laura Furuta
A short but powerful read. I will say that I love the Jarvis Mann books however this one had a powerful underlying message of the homeless and of the people who have served our country and been forgotten – Shelly Wygant

A homeless veteran knocks on his door with a story
Several of his homeless companions have been bribed
