In between packing and doing the first of three closings for our new home, I typed up a quick newsletter to plug my book Mann in the Crossfire, to solicit votes for the Raven Book Awards. Crossfire is a finalist for Best Mystery/Suspense book of 2019. If you’ve read and enjoyed the lastest Jarvis Mann PI adventure, then please click this link and place your vote for it. While you’re there you can check out the other categories and vote for any other books you may have read this past year. If you recall last years release, The Front Range Butcher, was a Raven Book Award runner-up in the same category. And Mann in the Crossfire carries over one of the major storylines from Butcher as Jarvis tracks down the killer of his associate Rocky. It’s an exciting story with lots of mystery, suspense, and action, as you’ll read in the synopsis below.
If you haven’t read Mann in the Crossfire yet, then check it out on Amazon. It’s available in eBook, Paperback and on Kindle Unlimited. Here are a few of the wonderful reviews the book has received:
Mann in the Crossfire is everything you want to read when it comes to Jarvis Mann. With every book of this series, things just keep getting better and better. I was completely sucked into the world of mystery, and as always, I felt I was tagging right along with Jarvis throughout the entire book – Brandi Reeves-Pearson (Saints and Sinners Books)
Mann in the Crossfire . . . is a book that excites the senses and challenges assumptions about law and order. At times nasty, at times endearing, this book will not let down readers in search of adventure into the underworld, a place where normalcy stands on its head and danger lurks around every corner – Shelby
The story flows smoothly to culminate in an explosive climax that also ties up all the loose ends. It is recommended for fans of mystery, action and sleuth tales – Debjani Ghosh with Readers Favorite
